You will be part of the Customer Care team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be assigned to support a group of customers. You will build rapport with our customers and make them feel that you are part of their team, achieving event success together.

Your Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for our customers.
• Handle enquiries and questions with regards to the use our event app platform
• Provide first level support and take accountability to resolve issues
• Work with the engineering team close to solve technical issues by tracking issues and meeting SLA
• Requires after office hours and weekend support at times based on customers’ requirements

Requirements

• Passionate about customer service
• Proactive and a “people” person
• Must have the ability to “get to the end point” by taking initiative to ensure customer issues are resolved in the quickest time
• Ability to understand customers with empathy
• Effective communication skills. This is critical as you will be spending more of your time talking to customers
• Good understanding of the Internet and web technology
• +3 years in similar customer service role

The data engineer works in the Analytics team. You will be part of the team to design, build and maintain enterprise grade analytic system using the latest technologies in data analytics.

Your Responsibilities

• Work in a team of data engineers
• Strong technology background with good communication skills
• Able to think out of the box and be innovative
• Keep abreast with latest technologies especially in the area of data technology trends

Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science
• 4+ years in enterprise software development
• 2+ years in data analytics and dimensional modelling
• In depth knowledge in database (SQL and noSQL)
• Good foundation in open source data processing and analytics products
• Data visualisation tools is a plus

• Participate in design and development
• Ensure codes are adhere to best practices and coding standards
• Conduct tests at different stages to ensure codes are of top quality
• Keep abreast of latest web technologies
• Provide level 2/3 support to Customer Care team
• Work closely with UI/UX designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science
• 5+ years in enterprise Java programming
• 2+ years in Agile practice
• 2+ years in material design
• Good UI/UX knowledge to appreciate design
• Good analytical skills to solve complex technical issues
• Good knowledge and able to apply design patterns to solve design issues
• Knowledge of web technologies in the area of REST, Javascript, HTML 5
• Good team player and proactive
• Excellent communication
• Knowledge of ionic framework is a plus
